I live outside of this business’s service area but was locked out of my house. Although not eligible for a house call the technician I spoke with provided me video resources which helped me get in. Truly they went out of their way to help!

I needed a second car key after losing my primary set and Dante was amazingly fast and available almost immediately. This was so much cheaper than what the dealership wanted for the same work, and he came to me. No driving to the dealership and waiting forever for an expensive service. I would absolutely recommend him and use his services again!! Five stars for sure!

He was able to see us for a last minute appointment and unlocked my safe for me so we didn’t have to drill out the lock. He was so much cheaper than everywhere else around. highly recommend!!

absolutely fabulous. it was going to take the dealership a week and a half to fit me in to just look at the lock on my car door that was giving me problems. dante graciously fit me in that morning as soon as i called. he was absolutely amazing - fast and efficient! he not only fixed the lock on the car, but the bent key that caused the problem as well! i cannot recommend enough!

He took apart my dash to get to the ignition and never put back the pieces to my dash just left my car parts and the ignition doesn’t fit into the whole Then over charged my father’s credit card when quoted a price! Will not be calling back. TerribleExperience!

Dante was amazing ! Car would not start, he charged the battery for me and started it right up. Had key fob w key done in under thirty mins ! Service with a smile, absolute best prices around AND he comes to YOU. I set up an appointment, but previously had called after hours and he was ready to come save the evening. Dante was incredibly fast getting to me when I called. Every other place was closed and he rushed straight over. He was friendly and efficient. Got my door open in about 2/3 minutes - For the quality of service & speed his price point is unbeatable. 100% saving this number for if I ever have issues again. From my call to being back inside was under 30 minutes (closer to 20)!

Absolutely amazing! I called and right away the owner was there to help. The pricing was more than fair for an emergency repair. He also went above and beyond by repairing the weatherstripping on the door. The service was as efficient and effortless! I would highly recommend this company! Personable and professional! Called Mr Locksmith to get keys programmed because I was stuck without a car due to a lost key. Dante the owner came out the same day, about an hour after we called. He came from Connecticut even though we live 30 minutes away in RI. He called to say he was in route & then saved the day with a new, programmed key fob after we'd lost ours. Hecharged a fair price, was professional & didn't bother us except to say he was done. Would definitely recommend this prompt & friendly service!

I had locked myself out of my car early this morning, and me not have done this before i really didn't know what to do. I gave my jobs program a call and they called this company. Today, I needed to replace my car key. I searched, I’m not even sure how I found him. I spoke with Dante, who was able to help. He arrived in a timely manner and within a very short while, I had my replacement key in hand. Dante was the consummate professional. I highly recommend him for any lock issues you may have! As it turned out, Dante was a classmate of my daughter!

We were out of town when a power outage happened and our pet sitter couldn’t open the garage to get in. I called Dante and he was there to quickly get the front door unlocked! Very efficient and kind. I will be keeping his number in my phone for any future emergencies.

I called at 730 am after my key broke off in the ignition of my vehicle. He said he would be there around 10am and by 1030 I had a message stating he had gotten my key out and had made a replacement. Talk about fast service. Thank you Mr. Locksmith !!!

I lock my keys in my car. They were here in 10 minutes and only took him less than 5 minutes to get my keys out. He was very nice and text me when he got here.So I didn’t have to wait in the cold. I would Recommend him to anyone. He was very professional and quick with his job. Thank you.

Very pleased with how quickly Mr. Locksmith Lockout was able to come make a car key for me after I lost my keys. He was at my house within 2 hours and was able to also make a basic spare key for the car as well as the key fob key and an additional key fob for my other vehicle at the same time. It’s nice to now have a double set of keys for each of my vehicles and the pricing for all 3 of the keys was very affordable considering how much it costs just to have one made in an emergency like mine. Thank you very much for your great service and speedy arrival!

Dante helped me out of a tough spot when I lost my only car key while my partner was in intensive care at the hospital. He responded immediately and cut a new key for me so I could get back to the hospital. The saga continued when I found the key fob. But it wouldn’t work! Being the consummate pro, Dante had to reprogram it for me. He did so promptly and without charge. Now I have two working keys and should not have this problem again! It was a pleasure dealing with Dante and I highly recommend him.

Incredibly fast service, and they will not overcharge you. They are also able to fix most lock issue on the spot, as I had my bike key that was stuck in my cars ignition and that was still no problem! They can do it all it seems!

I locked myself out of our new house, and Dante was a huge help! When I called, he gave me an accurate appointment time, and drove all the way from Norwich to Mansfield. He was friendly and professional, and charged a fair price. He takes cashless payments, which was convenient for me (cash and checkbook were locked in the house). Best of all, he was able to get the lock open in about 30 seconds after getting to our place. Thanks again, Dante!

If you locked yourself out of your vehicle and your looking for a lock smith, Mr Locksmith Lockout LLC is definitely the place to go.We met with Dante who was so nice and very professional. He followed us to the car in question, My father’s vehicle which he ended up losing the key to. Dante examined the vehicle and got everything squared away.We didn’t have to wait too long at all and the price was very cost efficient as well.Like someone else mentioned it was much more affordable than going through the dealership.After we paid him for the first key he offered to make us a second key on the spot and the price we paid for that was also reasonably priced.We will definitely be getting a second key made for my Mother’s vehicle as well. I was worried about not being able to get a copy of my key made because my car is so old(1994 ToyotaTercel) , but Dante had me covered. He was able to get my key made by getting the pin info from the drivers door and even made me a copy for my trunk too! This process tok maybe an hour and some change due to the work needed however I am extremely pleased with the copy of the keys I received, and he was very well mannered and professional the entire time, and he conducted business with a smile which people rarely do these mornings.

Excellent service to replace three sets of car keys. Arrived within 20 minutes. Made all three sets of programmable keys for two vehicles. Also programmed the two fobs I bought from Amazon. Done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this business. I had called several locksmiths, and no one returned my call, so I greatly appreciate the response! Very nice guy as well!
